Robinsons Rentals has been established in El Campello since 2012. We are located on the beautiful Costa Blanca region of Spain where we enjoy almost all year round sun. We specialize in quality Villas and Apartments which have been chosen for their lcoation, comfort and easy access to a pool or beach.

[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_toggle title=”INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS”]EMAIL: info@letsholiday.es[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”WHO AM I DEALING WITH?”]Robinsons Rentals is a registered company in the province of Alicante. Your accommodation contract is with the individual property owners, represented as booking agents by Robinsons Rentals who also act as the managing agents.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”PAYMENT”]

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount. The balance must be paid FOUR weeks (30 days) prior to the start date of your holiday, at which time the security deposit is also due.

We allow a 7 day grace period for the final balance to reach our account. If the full balance + damage deposit is not received in full 4 weeks (28 days) prior to the commencement of your holiday, a late payment charge of €75 will automatically be deducted from your damage deposit at the end of your holiday. If the full balance + damage deposit hasn´t been received in full 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the commencement of your holiday, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and any and all deposits will be forfeit.

For bookings received within 4 weeks (28 days) of your holiday start date, the full payment, and security deposit charge is due at the time of booking.

[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL?”]Should you wish to cancel, written notification must be sent via email or fax from the party leader to our office in Spain. In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply:

0- 7 DAYS 100% (0% refunded)[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”YOUR RESPONSIBILITY”]The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition, otherwise additional charges may be incurred (which will be deducted from the damage deposit).You are responsible for the property during your stay. You undertake to report and pay for any damage caused to the property and for any equipment damaged or broken during your stay. We reserve the right to ask you, or any member of your party, to leave immediately if your behaviour is likely, in our opinion, to spoil the enjoyment, comfort or safety of others within the community.

PLEASE NOTE: ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED WITHIN THE PRICE UP TO 20 KILOWATTS PER DAY, ANY AMOUNT ABOVE THAT WILL BE CHARGED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AT 0.30 CENTS PER KILOWATT.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”DAMAGE DEPOSIT”]Our owners require us to hold a damage deposit for each property on the following scale:

SHORT TERM LONG TERM

PROPERTIES WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING 250.00€ 1 MONTHS RENT
PROPERTIES WITH AIR CONDITIONING 300.00€ 1 MONTHS RENT

Providing no damage is caused during the letting period, the deposit will be returned after the end of the booking period – please allow up to 14 days for receipt. Claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of damage (and excessive electricity/gas usage) caused other than in the course of normal and fair wear and tear, and we urge clients to notify any damage to Robinsons Rentals office promptly so that it may be quickly rectified. Damage discovered after the end of the letting period will be notified to the client by email as soon as possible and will be confirmed by letter or fax. We expect properties to be left in a reasonable condition so that they may be quickly prepared for the next clients. If abnormal cleaning is required this may be chargeable against the deposit.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”ACCOMMODATION”]Accommodation provided is for the use of the named clients only and may not be added to, sub-let or assigned in any way. Self-catering accommodation is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. All self-catering accommodation is privately owned villas and apartments which are not identical, reflecting the preference of the different owners. Complaints of whatever nature should be notified to Robinsons Rentals immediately in order that we can deal with them promptly and ensure satisfaction. In any case, the liability of the owners or their representatives is limited to the cost of the accommodation booked.

In the event of appliance/utility failure please contact your Robinsons agent immediately and we will undertake to rectify the problem within 1 working day. Compensation is only payable for loss of utilites commencing 1 working day following our notification of said problem e.g. water, gas and electric. Compensation is not payable for other incidents e.g. loss of tv signal, faulty dishwasher…[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”IDENTIFICATION”]We are required by law to obtain ID from all our adult guests. This must be provided to us no later than 1 week prior to your holiday.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES”]Please contact your Robinsons agent approx. 30 minutes prior to your arrival / departure at the property so they can be there to greet you. Please note: There is no charge for our meet and greet service unless your arrival or departure falls outside of the following hours Monday – Sunday between 07:00 and 22:00. We will deduct an out of hour’s arrival/departure charge of €35 from your damage deposit.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”TRAVEL INSURANCE”]We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance cover which will normally refund you if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of the policy.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”WHAT PROTECTION DO I HAVE?”]All monies paid over to us will be held in our Client Account. Funds will only be released from this account to the owners once the booking period has commenced.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”PLEASE NOTE”]We reserve the right to switch a booking to accommodation of an equivalent standard should this prove necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances.
