Our team conducts check-ins and check-outs in person to establish direct communication with tenants and to thoroughly inspect the property after each stay. This hands-on approach allows us to address any immediate concerns, ensure the property is well-maintained, and provide a seamless experience for both tenants and property owners.

We strive to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during their stay. We provide bed linen for each stay, which is laundered professionally. Additionally, guests will find a selection of towels, including shower towels, hand towels, pool/beach towels, and kitchen towels. To further enhance the convenience of our guests, we also supply essential amenities such as toilet paper, soap, dishwasher detergents, and sponges. Our aim is to provide everything guests may need for a pleasant stay.

No, you do not need to pay for cleaning separately. The cost of cleaning is included in the reservation fee, which is paid by the guest. We work with professional cleaning companies to ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Rest assured, your house will be spotless and ready for the next guest.

While damages are rare in vacation homes, to provide additional peace of mind, we always implement a security deposit. This deposit will be held until after the property has been inspected upon the tenant’s departure. In the event of any damages or incidents during their stay, the cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the deposit, with any remaining funds returned to you thereafter.

In the case of any breakdown (plumbing, electricity, maintenance) we will solve the problem as soon as possible so that the tenant is not affected and the landlord does not have to travel to the property, we also have our own staff in case it is necessary to fix something urgently.

Our team conducts regular inspections and maintenance checks on your property. Any necessary repairs or improvements will be communicated to you promptly, and we will handle them efficiently to ensure the property remains in best condition.

After the 30-day period, cancellations are not permitted, and guests will be responsible for the full price of their reservation.
