You Have Questions?

Check-in is available from 15:30 onwards. If the property is available, early check-in may be possible, but please consult with us.

Check-out is until 11:00. For late check-out requests, please consult with us (additional charges may apply).
It is mandatory to provide your arrival time to the host, and we ask guests to call 30 minutes before reaching the contact number provided on your booking sheet. Keys are handed over at the accommodation.

We can provide a crib and high chair upon request, with an additional cost of 20.00 euros each (payable upon arrival).
If you wish to bring your pet, it is mandatory to consult with us beforehand, as some properties do not accept pets. Additional costs may apply.
To book a property with us, please contact us to make the reservation. Note that a minimum of 25% of the total booking amount is required to confirm any reservation.
We provide bedding and one set of towels per tenant (hand towel, bath towel, and beach/pool towel). Extra bedding or towels may incur additional costs (please inquire with us).
The minimum stay is 4 nights during the off-season and 5 nights during the high season (July-August).
Payment for a reservation can be made through bank transfer, credit card, or in cash if the reservation value does not exceed 1000.00 euros.
Additional payments may apply depending on the services contracted. Please consult with us for details.

The 30-day law applies to vacation rentals. Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
For long-term rentals (minimum 3 months), guests can cancel free of charge up to 90 days before arrival.

The cleaning service is not included in the price listed on the portal. If you wish to have a cleaning service during your stay, please consult with us, as additional costs may apply.

You can modify or extend your reservation only if the availability of the property allows it. If there is no availability to extend your stay and you are within the 30-day cancellation period, the paid amount will not be refunded.

The company is not responsible for refunding money if the check-out is done before the contracted date.

For long-term rentals, you need to consult with us to determine if any discounts will be applied.
If you wish to hire any additional services, please contact us. We offer airport pick-up and drop-off services as well as grocery shopping services.
Parties are not allowed during your stay. Avoid disturbing neighbors outside the hours of 23:00 to 10:00. Bringing outsiders into the accommodation is not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to the cancellation of your reservation, and you may also lose the paid security deposit.
The security deposit varies depending on the property. Please consult with us to determine the amount required as a security deposit.
We do not accept groups of minors unless accompanied by an adult.
It is prohibited to organize events or parties on the property. Please consult with us to check if any of our properties allow events.
