Costa Blanca region of Spain, where we enjoy year round sunshine.

We specialize in quality Villas and Apartments that have been chosen for their location,

comfort and easy access to the pool or beach.

These services are included in our 25% commission.

– We have a large portfolio of clients in the holiday sector with over 10 years in the industry.

-We advertise your property on the major holiday portals (AIRBNB, BOOKING, VRBO).

-We do a professional photo session (before the photo session it is necessary that the property is clean and tidy).

We provide bed linen for each stay, which we wash in a professional laundry.

– We provide shower towels, hand towels, pool/beach towels, and kitchen towels.

We provide all kinds of amines, such as toilet paper, soap, dishwasher detergents, sponges.

-The cleaning is done by professional companies that we carry out after each stay. The house is spotless.

We carry out check-in/check-out in person to have direct contact with our tenants and to check the property after each stay.

– In the case of any breakdown (plumbing, electricity, maintenance) we will solve the problem as soon as possible so that the tenant is not affected and the landlord does not have to travel to the property, we also have our own staff in case it is necessary to fix something urgently.
