House Rules
1. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Please avoid making excessive noise during this time out of respect for our neighbors. If we receive complaints from neighbors, we can even evict the tenants.
2. LUGGAGE:. If you want to store luggage, please contact us and we can try to arrange something where possible. By booking with us, you agree and acknowledge that baggage retention beyond the standard departure time (11:00) and arrival (15:00) is not included or guaranteed. We always try to offer this Service if there is the possibility but it is mandatory to consult it beforehand.
3. OCCUPANCY: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced and overcrowding may result in eviction or extra costs may apply.
4. NO SMOKING: This is a 100% non-smoking unit. SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED ON THE TERRACE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. If we discover that there is a smell of tobacco in the home, you will lose the deposit.
5. PETS: You should always check if you can bring pets because not all of our accommodations accept pets. The extra cost for each pet is 50.00 euros.
6. FOOD: DO NOT leave ANY FOOD lying around inside the house at night or when you leave the apartment during the day. Once you’re done eating, always pack up food and clean countertops so you don’t attract ants and other creatures. Don’t allow garbage to accumulate, sit for too long and create odor inside the apartment. Throw out your trash during your stay if it accumulates. Check with us the location of the garbage cans.
Failure to throw away trash after your stay may incur extra costs.
7. INTERNET OFF/TV INACTIVE: If there is any interruption in the Internet, restart the router but do not try to reconfigure the router. Send us a message or call us so we can check and resolve any potential issues.
In the event that the TELEVISION channels do not work, we ask you to please not try to configure the channels without permission, always consult with one of our co-workers.
If you want to install a game console, we ask you to please leave everything as you found it because this may affect the next tenants.
8. ITEMS PROVIDED and NOT PROVIDED: The accommodation offers a series of additional services such as sheets, iron, ironing board, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, detergent, glasses. It is the GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY to purchase any ADDITIONAL CONSUMABLE ITEMS of their liking DURING THEIR STAY, beyond what is available at their arrival time. However, if essential services are not working or missing upon arrival, please let us know so we can remedy it.
Shower and face TOWELS cannot be used as bath mats and cannot be thrown on the floor in the pool area. Shower/face towels cannot be used in the pool area (there are pool towels). If we find damaged/stained towels, 10.00 euros will be charged for each towel.
9. KEYS: Two sets of keys and a garage remote control (if there is a garage) are available at the time of registration. Take care of the keys and remote control. You are RESPONSIBLE for LOST items. If anything is missing or if you lose your keys or remote, please let us know immediately. All lost items will have to be reported to the owners and complex management. A FEE of EUR 50.00 will be charged for any set of LOST KEYS plus any additional costs for replacing the lock. A FEE of EUR 50.00 will be charged for the remote control.
10. AIR CONDITIONING: DO NOT leave the air conditioning running when you are OUTSIDE. Please respect energy consumption and turn off the air conditioning at any time before leaving the apartment.
For greater efficiency of the air conditioning, it is very important to keep the windows and doors closed while the AC is running.
Check-In Information
1a. Check-in is usually from 3:00 p.m.
We will be happy to accommodate exceptions when feasible based on the schedule, just ask! Otherwise, we ask you to respect the arrival and departure times listed.
We will meet you at the accommodation on your arrival date to let you in and give you the keys. It is mandatory to notify the time of your arrival, call 30 minutes before arriving and notify any changes that may appear.
1 B. If you come by taxi, rental car or public transportation, it is important that you contact me once you are on your way to the accommodation (30 minutes before arriving). I will come out to let you in, walk you to the unit, give you the keys and welcome you.
1 C. DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Check the damage deposit that you have to pay upon arrival. It is mandatory to pay the deposit upon arrival (in the case where a deposit must be paid) and the payment must be made in cash (cash payment is returned in cash upon departure). If you do not pay in cash, you can pay by transfer and the transfer will be returned within 7 business days after departure.
2. Arrival after the established time. If self check-in is not available, late check-in (23:00 to 6:00) will incur an extra charge of €20, payable in cash when guests arrive at the apartment.
Check-Out Information
MANDATORY: Before departure, check that you have read the payment list. Each step below is required to be completed prior to your departure.
1. Check out time is until 11:00. It is important to notify the departure time one day in advance to know how we organize the departure and also the cleaning of the accommodation.
2. Please remove fingerprints with food from the refrigerator and freezer.
3. Wash dirty dishes before departure and let them dry.
4. Take out all the rubbish and take it to the rubbish bins before leaving the apartment (the extra cost for not throwing away the rubbish is 50.00 euros).
5. Check that you have collected all your belongings.
6. Housekeeping staff will arrive around 11:00 to prepare our accommodation for our next guest. Please be courteous with your departure time.
Departure and Security Deposit
If Departure procedures are followed and the property remains intact, with inventory intact, the security deposit will be promptly refunded upon departure. Otherwise the deposit is kept to cover damages or whatever is needed.
